Welcome to Resonance Health. By engaging in services provided through this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Rates are subject to change at any time; previously booked sessions will honor the rate at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with no penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. You may reschedule a session once within the 24 hour window without penalty, as long as it's within the same two-month period.

3. Session Rollover Policy: If you are unable to use your scheduled session, you may roll over your session for up to 2 months from the original appointment date, provided notice was given before the session began. Rolled-over sessions must be rebooked within that timeframe or will be forfeited.

4. Scope of Services: Resonance Health offers behavioral consulting and energy-based alignment services focused on conscious change and personal growth. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Our offerings are for self-development and holistic support purposes only.

5. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Secure systems are used for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.

6. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after sessions. Results may vary based on individual participation and readiness for change.

7. Consent to Services: By booking a session, you affirm that you understand the scope of these services and willingly consent to participate.
