At Resonance Health, we reserve time specifically for each client to ensure quality, intentional care. To honor both your time and ours, please review the following:

❌ No Refunds

All purchases—including single sessions, packages, and memberships—are non-refundable.

🔁 Cancellation & Rollover Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your session is not eligible for a refund—but you may roll it over once and use it within 2 months of the original appointment date.

• Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are considered forfeited and not eligible for rollover or refund.

💳 Chargebacks

By booking a session, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback is considered a breach of these terms. If you have any issues, please contact us directly—we’re here to help within the scope of this policy.
